Everybody is stressed and indeed stress is sometimes an essential ingredient to a fulfilling life, however, when there is too much stress, symptoms show up and our quality of life diminishes. Learn to recognize the signs of stress and go away with some real practical ways to reduce stress. This program was first designed for the Senior Police Administrators Course at the Canadian Police College.
