There are many styles of meditation and many ways to practice. Capital Yoga offers workshops in meditation for beginners and for people wanting to renew their practice. Unlike silent meditation retreats, these workshops offer participants an opportunity to sample different styles of meditating and interact with each other, sharing about their experiences with the group.
